On Sunday, March 4th, Joey Jet Avalon will defend his Midwest Heritage Championship against the man who is not only representing Legacy Pro Wrestling-WI but is also their Heavyweight Champion, Shawn Priest!
Priest has arguably become Avalon's greatest nemesis as the two have had a long-standing feud that has lasted for many years throughout many promotions in the region. But, it all came to a boiling point back in November at Legacy's "Showcase of Champions" event, when Avalon was on the verge of winning the Legacy title, until Priest got the upper hand due to outside interference that ultimately led to his title win. This has not sat well with the Midwest Heritage Champ, whom has now agreed to put his own title on the line here in SSW as long as he can get a chance to exact revenge on Priest for stealing the Legacy title from within his grasp!
