It was just announced that on October 30th, at "All Hallows Eve", Impact Wrestling's "Mr M80" Marshe Rockett will be taking on Grin, with #1 contendership to the SSW Championship on the line!
SSW Owner RJ Daniels explained that this season, he is going to be taking into account many factors in his decisions on booking matches. One of those factors will always be wins and losses here in SSW, but that also a wrestler's accomplishments in other promotions will also be a factor in those decisions. Currently, with Marshe Rockett in the prime of his career, he was the fitting choice to fight for a shot at the title. Grin, on the other hand, is known to SSW primarily as a tag team competitor. But, outside of SSW, Grin has blazed his own path over the past few years, grabbing the championships of both Pro Wresting Blitz and Anarchy Pro, two of the top promotions in the region.
Due to his singles success, and of course that a Halloween themed event is never the same with out him, Grin will thus be taking on the former 2x SSW Champion in his quest to add the SSW title to his list of accolades when SSW returns to The Brat Stop in Kenosha for "ALL HALLOWS EVE" on October 30th!
