It was an amazing night of SSW action at The Brat Stop last night for our Season 13 Premiere. We want to congratulate Marshe Rockett for his successful SSW title defense, after the match was made a triple threat against both Dave Rydell and Pauly Thomaselli (who demanded his rematch). Also, congratulations to Matt Dewar on retaining his Lightning Division title against Backwoods Brown, despite the questionable circumstances of that victory.
Congratulations also go out to Ruff Crossing and Greeko "GQ" Suave, as both men qualified for the 2015 "Lords of the Ring" tournament, after Ruff defeated ShadowCaster and "GQ" defeated Colin Cambridge.
Rounding out the night, "Shogun" Chris Logan and "The Icepick" Vic Capri were victorious over Shane Fury and Marcello Spade, but without a doubt this rivalry is far from over. And, in the shock of the night, Ryan Kross and Jeff Luxon were DQ'ed in their match with GPA and Ruff Crossing (who was requested by GPA to fill in for absent Daryck St. Holmes).
As always, a great night of wrestling action with the best fans and the best talent to be found in the midwest. We are excited to return for our double-shot two weekend special event on September 27th and October 4th, where we bring back the "Beat the Clock" challenge, and then of course, our annual Halloween event special event, "Ring of Horror" returns on October 25th!
